We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting our products or services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and other prospecting methods.

- Contact potential customers and understand their business needs and requirements.

- Present, demonstrate, and explain products or services to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers.

- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.

- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers within company guidelines.

- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitors,



and customer requirements.

- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.

- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
