We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding their requirements, presenting our photography packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable photography packages.
- Explain packages, pricing, deliverables, and booking processes clearly.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the photography and operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Build solid relationships with clients and generate repeat/referral business.
- Negotiate professionally while maintaining company pricing and policies.
- Stay updated about company packages, offers, and services.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and WhatsApp.
- Positive attitude and ability to work with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Previous experience in sales, photography, wedding, events, or hospitality will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply.

Compensation
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
