Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Are you an experienced IT Sales professional with a strong track record in International IT Sales and Business Development? Join our growing team and work with clients across the USA, Europe, and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on company-provided international leads from markets such as the USA and Europe.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Nurture, follow up with, and convert provided leads into successful closures.
- Close projects for Website Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, and Digital Solutions.
- Handle client communication, negotiations, proposals, and regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project onboarding.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to closure.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.





Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in International IT Sales / Business Development

Proven experience in lead conversion and business closure

Experience selling Websites, Mobile Apps, SEO, and IT Services

Strong client interaction and account management skills

Excellent English communication and email writing skills

Solid negotiation, convincing, and presentation skills

Excellent follow-up and relationship management abilities

Good understanding of technologies such as PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Shopify, Magento, React, Flutter, Android, iOS, Java, etc.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets

Proven track record of achieving business/revenue targets

Leads will be provided by the company.

The primary responsibility will be to handle, nurture, follow up with, and convert the provided leads into successful business closures.
