? Role Overview

As a Sales & Relationship Management Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue through client acquisition, partnerships, and relationship building across both B2B and B2C segments.

You’ll play a key role in scaling our business by closing deals, building long-term partnerships, and contributing directly to business growth.

? Key Responsibilities

? Sales & Client Acquisition

*Drive lead generation and client acquisition across B2B & B2C channels

*Engage with prospects, pitch offerings, and convert leads into customers

*Build and manage an active sales pipeline through regular follow-ups

? Business Development & Partnerships

*Identify and onboard partners such as restaurants, venues,



and brands

*Acquire digital marketing clients

*Explore new opportunities across business verticals

? Relationship Management

*Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships

*Ensure smooth coordination across engagements

*Drive repeat business through effective communication

? Marketing & Strategy Support

*Create customised pitch decks for clients

*Share customer insights to improve outreach strategies

*Support optimisation of communication approaches

? Performance Tracking

*Track outreach efforts and maintain interaction records

*Analyse responses and conversion trends

*Help improve scripts and engagement strategies
