METS is looking for active and result-oriented Sales & Purchase Executives to support its sales, procurement and business operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating enquiries, preparing quotations, sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers and coordinating customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact existing and prospective customers
- Generate sales leads and business enquiries
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
- Source products from suitable suppliers and vendors
- Obtain and compare supplier quotations
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules
- Issue and follow up on purchase requirements
- Coordinate order processing, logistics and delivery
- Monitor market prices and product availability
- Maintain customer and supplier records
- Track payments, purchases and delivery status
- Prepare daily sales and purchase reports
- Assist with local and export documentation
- Ensure timely completion of customer and supplier commitments

Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing,



Fisheries, Marine Biology, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field will be preferred

Required Experience:
- Preferably 2–5 years of experience in sales, purchasing, procurement, trading, vendor management or a related field
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and commercial skills may also apply

- Sales and customer relationship management
- Product sourcing and vendor development
- Purchase and commercial negotiation
- Quotation preparation and follow-up
- Market research and price comparison
- Order processing and inventory coordination
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage
- Good spoken and written English
- Solid communication and organisational skills

Preferred Industry Background: Experience in seafood, fisheries, export, trading, cold storage, marine products or allied industries will be an advantage.
