Manager who can drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling,

referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable advertising and marketing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal creative, digital,



and client servicing teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records systems regularly.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Good understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, and media solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
