We are looking for a Store Executive to manage store operations, customer handling and sales.
- Handle customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products and assist customers in product selection.
- Handle sales enquiries and achieve sales targets.
- Manage stock, inward/outward and inventory records.
- Coordinate product delivery, dispatch and installation.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper product arrangement and store discipline.
- Coordinate with sales, delivery and service teams.
- Maintain daily records and update system/software entries.
- Take complete responsibility for smooth day-to-day store operations.
Requirements: Valuable communication, customer-handling and basic computer skills.
Experience in retail/store operations and sales will be preferred.
