We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Partners / Business Development Executives to help us expand our client base.

You will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, introducing Dig Virtual's services, building relationships with business owners and generating sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential business clients in your area.
- Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp and personal networking.
- Explain Dig Virtual's marketing and promotional packages to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Share daily/weekly sales activity and conversion updates with the team.

Who Can Apply?
- Any Degree — BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, B.Sc, BE/B.Tech, MBA, etc.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Sales/marketing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in approaching and speaking with business owners.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with field sales.
- Candidates with an existing local business network are encouraged to apply.

Compensation 20% Incentive on every successful sale.

- ₹10,000 sale → ₹2,000 incentive
- ₹25,000 sale → ₹5,000 incentive
- ₹50,000 sale → ₹10,000 incentive
- ₹1,00,000 sale → ₹20,000 incentive

No upper limit on incentives based on performance.
