Key Responsibilities

 Maintain and update complete customer records including name, address, location,

and contact details.

 Prepare and send quotations to customers via email in a timely and professional manner.

 Maintain proper records of all quotations for future reference and follow-ups.

 Follow up with customers on quotations on the same day or within the next working day to ensure timely responses.

 Identify potential customers who use similar products and send introductory emails for business development.

 Verify and ensure accuracy of Purchase Orders, including address, item details, rates,

and other specifications.





 Coordinate with the logistics team and share dispatch details related to confirmed

Purchase Orders.

Required Skills

 Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word

 Basic computer and IT knowledge

 Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Good follow-up and coordination abilities

 Robust attention to detail and accuracy

 Soft skills for customer interaction

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
