Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is responsible for driving room, event, and F&B; revenue through targeted sales activities and strategic marketing initiatives. This full-time, on-site role is based in Orchha and involves managing key accounts, nurturing relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners, and developing promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing sales forecasts, and overseeing digital and offline marketing activities.

The role also includes coordinating with operations, front office,



and F&B; teams to ensure that guest experiences align with brand promises and marketing campaigns, while tracking performance metrics and reporting results to leadership.

Qualifications

- Robust sales and business development skills, including lead generation, account management, and negotiation.
- Marketing expertise in campaign planning, brand positioning, and promotional strategy for hospitality or related industries.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, email marketing, online travel agencies, basic analytics platforms).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and use data to inform decision-making.
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, or resorts sales and marketing is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines on-site in a fast-paced environment.
