Job Brief We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (B2B Project Sales) to drive business growth within the assigned territory. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, identifying current client opportunities, and building relationships with key industry stakeholders such as architects, consultants, builders, and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement territory sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new B2B project opportunities across commercial, institutional, industrial, and healthcare sectors.
- Network with architects, interior designers, landscape designers, PMC consultants,



and engineering firms to drive product specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and support local sales executives to ensure target alignment and smooth project execution/installation.
- Maintain CRM data, sales pipelines, and sales forecasts; report market feedback to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing to run trade shows, local exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

- Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing, B.E./Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent degree.
- Proven track record in B2B project sales and territory management.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a goal- and target-driven environment.

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
