Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and promoting company products/services in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the PEB sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and recent opportunities
- Visit client sites, industrial areas, and project locations for lead generation
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams for timely submissions
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and convert leads into orders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,



Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in PEB / Steel / Construction marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of PEB structures, industrial sheds, warehouses, and project cycles
- Ability to handle clients and close deals independently
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with industrial clients, EPC contractors, or real estate developers
- Understanding of technical drawings and project requirements
- Existing client network in PEB/Construction industry
