We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate with 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development.

CTC: ₹4.8–6 LPA

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Solid hands-on experience in Lead Generation, Prospecting & Marketing Campaigns
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Experience in cold calling, email/LinkedIn outreach, client handling, negotiation & closing
- Experience in IT Sales / E-learning / Hospitality preferred
- Good English communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound and digital channels
- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns
- Identify prospects, conduct client meetings, and develop new business
- Manage follow-ups,



proposals, negotiations, and sales closures
- Maintain client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
- Track leads, sales activities, and performance through CRM/MIS

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or relevant discipline required. Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
