What you'll do:
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups
- Improve sales and customer experience
- Guide and support Sales Executives
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Automobile / Two-Wheeler sales experience preferred
- Valuable communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
