Mandatory: Candidates must have relevant experience in Bathroom Fittings, Sanitaryware, Bathware, or related products . Strong understanding of the sanitaryware/bathroom fittings market in Maharashtra.
Experience in dealer/distributor management, channel sales, and market development will be preferred. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned Maharashtra region.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and other channel partners. Drive sales and achieve assigned targets across the Maharashtra region. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Manage existing accounts and develop new dealer networks. Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities. Ensure strong product visibility and market penetration.
