Role Description This full-time on-site Sales Manager role is based in Ludhiana.

The Sales

Manager will oversee sales operations, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and drive recent business development for cargo and freight services. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, identifying market opportunities, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in line with company policies. The role involves collaborating with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality, monitoring performance metrics, and reporting on sales results.

The Sales

Manager will also support marketing initiatives, represent the company at industry events,



and contribute to strategic planning for regional growth.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, business development, and account management skills in logistics, freight, or related industries.
- Ability to build client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals while maintaining high service standards.
- Proficiency in market research, sales forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience in ocean and air freight, NVOCC operations, or international trade is highly beneficial.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including team supervision, coaching, and performance management.
- Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic reporting and documentation practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
