- Lead & motivate the sales team - Generate and convert property sales leads - Handle CRM follow-ups, client meetings & site visits - Achieve monthly/quarterly targets - Track team performance & maintain CRM reports - Coach team members and manage channel partners

We're Looking For-

- 1+ year experience in real estate sales
- Team handling/leadership experience
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Noida/Greater Noida market knowledge preferred
