Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with over 10 years of experience in the copper wire, aluminum wire and cable industry. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, established client relationships, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand customer base
- Identify new business opportunities in sectors such as construction, infrastructure, electrical contractors, and industrial clients
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, dealers, and distributors
- Conduct market research to identify trends,
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical explanations to clients
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals effectively
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and payment collection
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Attend industry events, trade shows,



and networking opportunities

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales of copper wires and cables or related electrical products
- Solid understanding of product specifications, industry standards, and applications
- Established network of clients, dealers, and distributors preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Experience handling B2B sales and large-volume orders
- Knowledge of regional markets and pricing dynamics
