Masrah Films is a multi-disciplinary creative agency working across brand films, advertising, social media, influencer campaigns, design, photography, and digital solutions. We're growing rapidly and looking for a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to drive our next phase of growth.

The Role

We're looking for someone with strong sales + marketing experience who can generate leads, acquire clients, pitch our services, and close deals. You will also be responsible for exploring and managing digital acquisition channels such as Meta Ads and Upwork.

What you'll do

- Generate and convert qualified leads into clients.
- Handle sales calls, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Build relationships with founders, brands, and marketing teams.
- Run and optimise Meta Ads for lead generation.
- Generate and convert leads through Upwork.
- Develop new sales and client acquisition strategies.
- Maintain and grow the sales pipeline.




- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams.

What we're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or agency sales.
- Prior experience in marketing / advertising / creative / digital agency is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads.
- Proven experience with Upwork client acquisition and proposals.
- Robust communication, negotiation, pitching, and closing skills.
- Experience handling B2B clients and decision-makers.
- Target-driven, confident, and commercially minded.
- Work with growing brands and businesses.
