About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at a beauty academy in Powai, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving course enrollments, managing lead conversions, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. The candidate should possess excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, along with an understanding of the beauty industry and professional training space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Conversion

- Drive course enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage and convert leads generated through various channels, including digital marketing, referrals, and events.
- Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.

2. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable beauty courses and training programs.
- Provide a smooth, professional, and seamless enrollment experience.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.

3. Team Collaboration

- Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

4. Events & Business Development

- Represent the academy at beauty events, exhibitions, and industry-related activities.
- Generate new leads and increase brand awareness through event participation.
- Identify new business opportunities and explore potential partnerships.




- Contribute to the growth and expansion of the academy's student base.

5. Sales Reporting & CRM

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and enrollments.
- Update and manage customer information through CRM systems.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the beauty, education, or professional training industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage leads and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Understanding of the beauty industry and professional training space.
- Customer-focused, organized, and tech-savvy.
- Experience working with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and operations teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
