Key Responsibilities

Team Management

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.

Client & Business Development





- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Handle key client negotiations and business discussions.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators.

- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

- Track progress against sales targets and take corrective actions when required.
