Company is into sourcing some of the world's finest natural stones and delivering precision-finished marble solutions. The company focuses on quality, craftsmanship, and providing premium marble and stone products for residential and commercial projects.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Handle sales of marble and natural stone products to clients.
- Manage client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and other industry professionals.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Prepare sales reports and regularly update management on business performance.

Requirements

- Marble Industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Solid leadership and team-management skills.
- Candidates with an established network in the marble/natural stone industry will be preferred.
