Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably from the construction/building material industry.
- ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, architects and other clients.
- Handle client meetings, product presentations and negotiations.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage regular follow-ups and ensure timely order closure.
- Maintain sales reports and update management on market activities.
- Requirements3–4 years of experience in a relevant sales profile.
- Construction industry knowledge is mandatory/preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidate should be comfortable with field sales and market visits.
Salary & Incentives₹30,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance, plus attractive performance-based incentives. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
