Sales Manager – Real Estate

- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Guide customers throughout the property sales process and ensure a smooth experience.

- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.

- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for real estate projects.

- Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities.

- Generate and manage sales leads through various channels.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Ensure achievement of assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and guide the real estate sales team.

- Set individual and team sales targets.





- Monitor daily sales activities and performance.

- Provide coaching and support to improve team productivity.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

- Ensure a skilled and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

- Follow up with leads and support the team in converting prospects into customers.

Sales Coordination & Reporting

- Track sales pipelines, conversions, and revenue performance.

- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

- Coordinate with marketing, accounts, documentation, and other internal teams.

- Ensure timely completion of sales-related documentation and processes.
