ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly sales targets. Generate new leads and convert them into customers.

Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, architects and other clients. Handle client meetings, product presentations and negotiations. Conduct market visits and identify current business opportunities.

Manage regular follow-ups and ensure timely order closure.



Maintain sales reports and update management on market activities. Requirements3–4 years of experience in a relevant sales profile. Construction industry knowledge is mandatory/preferred.

Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Candidate should be comfortable with field sales and market visits.
