Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end sales of industrial plots and industrial land .

• Generate business through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners .

• Identify and develop relationships with investors, businesses, and HNI clients .

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure .

• Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, presentations,



and negotiations .

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable industrial plot options.

• Build and maintain a solid client and channel partner network .

- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets .

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming industrial developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and closure processes.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Industrial Plot / Commercial Real Estate Sales

• Strong knowledge of the Sohna / Delhi-NCR real estate market

- Proven sales track record with strong target achievement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-management skills
