Conduct property visits and presentations for prospective clients. Prepare quotations, event packages, and commercial proposals. Coordinate with Banquet, F&B;, Operations, and Accounts teams for event execution. Negotiate rates and close event bookings while maintaining profitability. Follow up on event leads and ensure timely confirmation and advance payments. Maintain records of upcoming events and client requirements.
- Travel Trade & Channel Partner ManagementDevelop business relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and destination management companies. Generate bookings through travel agents and corporate travel partners.
