- As part of the Client Servicing team, you will support IndiaMART's mission by building robust relationships with clients and understanding their business needs. You will help them grow by offering the right solutions.
- You will also be responsible for achieving monthly client retention and renewal targets, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
- Conduct daily 4-5 in-person client meetings to ensure client satisfaction and platform utilization.
- Maximize revenue through upselling and cross selling.
- Ensure systematic follow-up, time-bound closures and prompt resolution of complaints
