Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Revenue Strategy: Create and follow sales plans to hit room occupancy and revenue targets. Track market trends and competitor pricing.

- Corporate & Group Sales: Find corporate clients for business meetings, retreats, and long-stay packages. Negotiate contracts and rates.

- Events & Weddings: Generate bookings for weddings, parties, and large conferences. Coordinate property tours for prospective clients.

- Partner Management: Build partnerships with local tour operators, travel agencies, and destination planners.

- Department Coordination: Work with the front desk, food and beverage, and operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.

- Reporting: Maintain customer records in CRM software and report daily or weekly sales progress to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
