Rishabh Enterprises HVAC&R; Pvt. Ltd. is an established Air Conditioning and Refrigeration solutions provider, working as an importer, exporter, manufacturer and distributor of cold chain equipment, AC spare parts, and refrigeration solutions across India.
About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Manager to drive and grow our Cold Chain business across Delhi-NCR. This is an individual-contributor role for someone who can independently manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - across a broad mix of industries that use cold chain and refrigeration solutions.
What You Will Do
1. Strengthen and expand business across Delhi-NCR, building on our established presence
2. Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to hit revenue targets
3. Identify and pursue new opportunities across relevant industries
4. Build and sustain long-term relationships with major clients and stakeholders
5. Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with strategic partners
6. Lead end-to-end sales cycles including presentations, proposals,
and contract closures
7. Deliver product demonstrations and technical discussions to senior stakeholders
8. Collaborate with technical teams to design customized cold chain solutions
9. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, and feed insights back to management
10. Own sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM updates for the region
11. Plan own weekly schedule of client-site and warehouse visits across Delhi-NCR
What We're Looking For
1. 4-6 years of sales experience in Cold Chain, HVAC&R;, or closely related industries (industrial refrigeration, warehousing/3PL, AC spare parts distribution, etc.)
2. Proven track record of closing large-scale deals and managing key accounts independently
3. Strong technical understanding of cold chain/AC systems and solutions
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
5. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred; HVAC/R or Sales certifications a plus (not mandatory)
6. Comfortable with a 6-day work week and regular self-planned field travel within Delhi-NCR
