Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Sales & Inventory Executive for our jewellery showroom in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for managing showroom inventory, handling inside sales, supporting outside sales activities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate jewellery inventory and stock records.
- Handle inside sales and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Handle outside sales and visit clients/customers whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of stock movement, sales, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the showroom team for stock availability and product requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to showroom business growth.
- Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery stock as per company procedures.
- Prepare regular sales and inventory reports.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience in Jewellery Sales, Retail Sales, Inventory Management, Showroom Sales, or similar roles.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory/stock management.
- Comfortable with both inside and outside sales activities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/computer applications.
- Presentable, confident, and target-oriented.
- Candidates from jewellery, retail, luxury products, or premium showroom backgrounds will be preferred.
Salary Salary will be decided based on the candidate’s last CTC, experience, and overall suitability for the role.
