WE ARE HIRING – SALES MANAGER A reputed perfume shop / perfume brand at Vellayambalam, Trivandrum is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to handle store sales, outdoor sales, and client meetings.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and increase in-store sales
- Handle outdoor / field sales activities
- Conduct and attend sales meetings
- Develop new business opportunities and tie-ups
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Achieve sales targets and maintain records
Requirements:
- Experience in retail and outdoor/field sales
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence to handle meetings independently
- Leadership and team-handling skills
- Willingness to travel locally
Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives
