About the Role We're Scale.jobs, a Techstars-backed, profitable startup building the future of job search while shipping world-class products out of Hyderabad. We're looking for an Outbound Sales Intern (US Region) who wants to learn closing the hard way - on live calls, with real US customers, from week one. This is not a shadowing internship. You'll be on the phones from your first week.
What You'll Own Run high-volume cold calls to US prospects daily - prospect, pitch, and close Drive conversions through sharp communication and disciplined follow-ups Operate in sync with US EST hours; learn the customer, the culture, and the clock Own your numbers and report on them like a full-time rep would
