Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Sales Lead located in Secunderabad. The Sales Lead is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, training sales teams, overseeing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities,



ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a strong understanding of market trends.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving targets and designing sales strategies.
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to enhance their performance and skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic initiatives to meet organizational goals.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
