Role Description The Sales Intern role at EdifyChamps is an on-site internship based in Gurugram. The intern will support the sales team by identifying prospective customers, conducting outreach, and explaining EdifyChamps’ tutoring services to parents and guardians. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound inquiries, scheduling consultations or demos, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up with leads to support conversions.
The intern will collaborate with customer service and training teams to understand offerings and communicate them effectively,
while learning foundational sales skills in an educational services environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with parents, students, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess an interest or experience in Training or educational services to understand and present tutoring solutions clearly.
- Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or contact management tools) is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
