CS Soft Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic MBA Freshers to join our international sales team.

Location: Mohali

Work Model: Strictly Work from Office

Experience: MBA Fresher | 01 Year

Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Employment Type: Full time

Probation: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential international clients.

Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn.

Connect with business and technology decision-makers.

Understand client requirements and qualify prospects.

Schedule qualified meetings for the senior sales team.

Maintain lead and sales activity records in CRM.

What We’re Looking For

MBA Freshers, preferably in Marketing/Sales/International Business

Excellent English communication skills

Confident and target-oriented personality

Strong interest in Sales & Business Development

Willingness to learn IT/software services

Ability to communicate with international clients

Markets: US | UK | Canada | APAC | Europe | Middle East
