JR Farms is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the FMCG or perishable goods industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the FMCG/perishable sector.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, logistics, and timely deliveries.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts,



and market feedback for management.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing within the FMCG or perishable goods industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of distribution channels and retail networks.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with fresh produce, dairy, or other perishable products.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
