Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales HR role based in Gurugram. The role involves partnering with the sales leadership team to understand workforce requirements, manage end-to-end recruitment for sales positions, and support onboarding and orientation activities.

The Sales HR professional will administer HR policies,



employee benefits, and personnel records for the sales function, while ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating performance management processes, supporting employee engagement initiatives, resolving HR-related queries, and providing data-driven insights on attrition, productivity, and manpower planning. The role also includes collaboration with other HR teams to drive training, development, and retention strategies tailored to sales teams.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting sales or field-based teams.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including implementation, communication, and compliance.
- Experience in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records, handling queries, and supporting employee relations.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, with strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools, with the ability to analyze HR data and prepare reports for management.
- Understanding of FMCG or consumer goods industry dynamics and field sales structures is an advantage.
