Head of Sales – Kerala

Taj Roofings is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Sales to lead our sales operations and drive business growth across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across Kerala.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and territory-wise action plans.
- Expand the dealer and channel partner network and develop new markets.
- Generate business through dealers, architects, contractors, fabricators, projects, and bulk sales.
- Lead, manage, mentor, and improve the performance of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs).
- Ensure proper CRM usage, field reporting, sales SOP compliance, and performance tracking.
- Monitor pricing, dealer margins, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Logistics, and Marketing teams for smooth order execution.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.




- Provide regular sales performance updates and market insights to the Founder / Managing Director.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in roofing, building materials, construction, steel, or related industries.
- Proven experience in dealer/channel management and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of the Kerala market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Solid target-oriented and result-driven approach.
