Role Description The Sales & Holidays Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at the VFM Holidays & Travel Pvt. Ltd. office in Trivandrum. In this role, the executive consults with clients to understand their travel needs, budgets, and preferences, and then designs customized holiday itineraries and travel solutions.

Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating bookings for flights, hotels, packages, and ancillary services such as car rentals and tours, and maintaining accurate documentation. The executive follows up with potential and existing clients,



supports marketing and representation efforts for domestic and international travel products, and ensures a high standard of customer service and hospitality at the office. Collaboration with travel partners and internal teams is expected to secure competitive offerings while maintaining the company’s consultative approach.

Qualifications

- Robust client-facing skills, including consultative selling, customer service, and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel products, including holiday packages, air ticketing, hotel bookings, and ancillary services.
- Solid organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail in documentation, booking processes, and itinerary planning.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and online booking tools; comfort working with emails, spreadsheets, and travel portals.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local or foreign language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Trivandrum, manage multiple client requests, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or sales is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners.
- Relevant educational background in travel, tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is beneficial.
