Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales Manager

Office location : Katargam , surat

Job Purpose

To achieve sales targets, lead the sales team, generate new business, manage customer relationships, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide & monitor the sales team.
- Conduct daily morning & evening sales review meetings.
- Plan field visits and follow up with key customers.
- Generate leads, close orders & achieve monthly targets.
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers & dealers.
- Track leads, quotations, orders, collections & team performance.
- Coordinate with Management, Accounts, Purchase & Delivery teams.

*Skills:*Sales & team management, communication, negotiation, market knowledge, reporting & target-oriented approach.

Working Time: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 + Petrol + Incentives

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
