· Lead and manage the sales team for plotting/land development projects.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

· Drive lead generation, site visits, bookings, and closures.

· Handle and monitor channel partners, and direct sales.

· Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

· Maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.

· Track sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue performance.

· Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Project teams for smooth sales operations.

· Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

· Ensure achievement of sales targets and maximize project revenue.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
