Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bokaro.

The Sales

Executive will identify and approach potential customers, present suitable financial products and services, and build strong, long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities include explaining product features, clarifying terms and conditions, handling inquiries, and supporting clients through onboarding and documentation processes. The role involves meeting sales targets, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

competitor offerings, and customer feedback to help improve XFSPL’s sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful deals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear presentation of financial products.
- Basic understanding of financial services, products, and terminology; ability to learn and adapt to new offerings quickly.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client interactions and documentation accurately.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and common office software to track leads, prepare reports, and manage data.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with resilience in a target-driven environment and commitment to ethical practices.
- Prior experience in sales or financial services is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline; local language proficiency and fluency in English or Hindi are beneficial.
