Digital Mitro Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Executive – Website & Digital Solutions for our Kolkata office.

Location: Kolkata | Work From Office

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Monday to Friday | Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
- Connect with international clients and understand their business requirements.
- Promote Website Development, Website Redesign, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing & Digital Marketing services.
- Follow up with leads through calls and emails.
- Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations.
- Convert prospects into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
- Prepare daily sales and revenue reports.

Requirements




- Excellent English Communication Skills are required.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Target-oriented and confident in client interaction.
- Experience in IT Sales, Website Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or B2B Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication skills and a passion for sales can apply.
