We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Sales Executive to drive growth for our full-service pet hospital. In this role, you will lead customer outreach, promote our healthcare, grooming, and retail packages, and build lasting relationships with pet parents. A genuine love for pets and a strong commitment to animal welfare is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement &
- Sales:

Actively promote hospital services, preventive healthcare plans, grooming packages, and pet retail products to pet owners.

- Outreach &

- Lead Generation:

Connect with local pet communities, housing societies, and pet groups to drive walk-ins and appointment bookings.

- In-Clinic Conversions: Interact with visiting clients to cross-sell specialized wellness plans, diagnostics, and retail offerings tailored to their pets' needs.

- Relationship Management: Maintain follow-up communications with clients post-visit to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat visits.

- Market Feedback:



Track client inquiries and feedback to help refine sales strategies and promotional offers.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven track record in field sales, retail sales, or customer acquisition (experience in healthcare, retail, or hospitality is a plus).

- Passion for Animals: Must be deeply comfortable around pets (dogs, cats, etc.) and passionate about their well-being.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.

- Drive &
- Initiative:

Highly self-motivated with strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
