Sales Executive

- Location: Sector 74, Phase 8B, Mohali
- Eduction: Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales field
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives
- Shift: Day Shift (09:30 AM – 06:30 PM)
- Working Days: 6 Days a wee (Wed Off)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements.
- Build valuable relationships with potential clients.
- Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate and arrange property site visits.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- As you gain experience, take greater responsibility for negotiations and closing deals.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales field.
- Real Estate sales experience will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
- Confident and presentable personality with professional grooming.




- Strong sales pitching and convincing skills.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client meetings.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the Real Estate industry.
