We're Hiring: Sales Executive | Bengaluru

Stel Design Studio is a turnkey interior design and build firm delivering luxury homes, corporate offices, and retail spaces across Bengaluru. Backed by an in-house manufacturing facility with German Biesse machinery, we control every step from design to execution.

We're looking for a Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of sales experience to manage the client journey from enquiry to sign-off. Sales experience in interior design is preferred, but candidates from real estate, furniture, or luxury retail are also welcome. Full-time, on-site in Bengaluru.

The role involves handling client enquiries, understanding their requirements and budget, and presenting suitable design and package options. You'll walk clients through our cost calculator and manufacturing process to build trust, coordinate site and showroom visits, and follow up consistently through the sales pipeline. You'll also maintain CRM records, work with the design and execution teams for smooth handovers,



build relationships with developers and channel partners, and work toward sales targets.

Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, furniture, or luxury retail
- Well spoken with strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Confident engaging with high-value clients and closing sales
- Good listening skills to understand client needs and translate them into the right solution
- Organized approach to managing leads and follow-ups
- Comfortable with basic CRM tools and reporting
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
