Position: Guest Relationship Manager

Job Purpose:

Responsible for generating sales, handling customer enquiries, conducting vehicle presentations and test drives, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing and offers to customers.
- Arrange test drives and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM/DMS records.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Exchange and Delivery teams.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Profile





- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of automobile sales experience is preferred.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.
