We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and result-oriented Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking and other sales channels.
- Meet customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable lighting and switch solutions.
- Present and explain product features, specifications, applications and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, contractors and customers.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
- Keep track of market trends,



competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Profile

- Freshers with a solid passion for sales are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in lighting, electrical, switches, interiors, building materials or related industries, will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good relationship-building ability.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for customer and market visits when required.
