-STIPL Roofz is a premium roofing solutions provider specializing in high-quality roof tiles imported from La Escandella, Spain. We work with architects, builders, contractors, developers, homeowners, and other industry professionals to provide roofing solutions that combine aesthetics, durability, and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities

-Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Identify and approach potential customers, including architects, builders, contractors, developers, dealers, and homeowners.
- Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, incoming enquiries, and prospecting.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified enquiries into sales opportunities. -Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable STIPL Roofz roofing solutions.

- Present roof tile collections, product options, features, applications, and relevant technical information to customers.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, product information, and other sales documentation.
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and market visits to develop new business. -Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and other industry professionals.

-Coordinate with the project, site, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication after order confirmation.

-Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales cycle, from initial enquiry to order closure.

-Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines and support timely deal closure.

-Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, orders, and customer interactions.

-Update the sales pipeline and submit regular sales activity and performance reports.





- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and coordinate with the relevant internal team when required. -Track local construction activity, upcoming projects, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities.

-Represent STIPL Roofz professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and business networking activities.

Qualification Preferred: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

-1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.

-Experience in building materials, roofing, tiles, construction products, sanitaryware, flooring, architectural products, or related industries would be preferred.

-Candidates with experience working with architects, builders, contractors, developers, or dealers will have an advantage.

-The candidate should be comfortable with field sales, client meetings, site visits, and regular market travel and should have a robust interest in building a long-term career in the premium building materials industry.

Work Location:

Panchkula, Haryana, with field visits and travel as required.
